Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Oats 2 cups

  • Honey 1 cups

  • Cranberry 1 tbsp

  • Seedless dates 1/2 cups

  • Almonds chopped 1 tbsp

  • Chopped figs 1 tbsp

  • Walnuts chopped 1 tbsp

  • Crushed Corn flakes 1 cups

  • Chocolate syrup(optional for garnishing) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Churn seedless dates in to mixie and prepare It's paste

  • 02

    Take a pan and dry roaste oats, Almonds and walnuts for 2 to 3 minutes

  • 03

    Add all other ingredients in to it and sauté for some time

  • 04

    Add honey , dates paste and cranberry to it and cook and mix well

  • 05

    Cook till mixture becomes a ball like and starts leaving sides

  • 06

    Transfer the mixture on a greased plate or butter paper

  • 07

    Give it shape or cut with knife in desired shapes

  • 08

    Keep in fridge for 2 hours and its ready to munch and serve

  • 09

    Enjoy home made granola energy bar , endlessly.. taste with health
