Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups oats


  • 1 cups honey


  • 1 tbsp cranberry


  • 1/2 cups seedless dates


  • 1 tbsp almonds chopped


  • 1 tbsp chopped figs


  • 1 tbsp walnuts chopped


  • 1 cups crushed corn flakes


  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup(optional for garnishing)

Directions

  • Churn seedless dates in to mixie and prepare It's paste
  • Take a pan and dry roaste oats, Almonds and walnuts for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add all other ingredients in to it and sauté for some time
  • Add honey , dates paste and cranberry to it and cook and mix well
  • Cook till mixture becomes a ball like and starts leaving sides
  • Transfer the mixture on a greased plate or butter paper
  • Give it shape or cut with knife in desired shapes
  • Keep in fridge for 2 hours and its ready to munch and serve
  • Enjoy home made granola energy bar , endlessly.. taste with health
