Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500 gms paneer


  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 12 nos cashew


  • 1 nos chilly


  • 20 gms chilly powder


  • 20 gms turmeric powder


  • 10 gms garam masala


  • 100 gms butter

Directions

  • Heat a pan add butter
  • Add cubes of paneer and fry it till its color change to golden
  • Remove panner from the pan. Add 1 chopped Onion and salute till its cooked
  • Add tomato and little water and let it cook
  • Add chilly powder and cook.
  • Take the mixture out of flame and grind them to have a smooth paste
  • In the pan add the rest 1 chopped Onion and chopped chilly and cook them. Add more butter and little oil
  • When its done add turmeric powder and garam masala
  • Add the grinded mixture
  • Add some water
  • Grind the cashews kept in water for half n hour
  • Add the cashew paste to our curry
  • Add some more butter according to taste. Nd add salt for taste.
