Take bowl add auji add one tspn. Oil mix well. Put dahi,salt and grint beetroot.
Mix well with whisker add some water and mix. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Take greese idly mould and some water in bowl. Add eno in the batter and put in mould.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Healthy and yimmy idly is ready to eat with peanut chuttney.
