  • 1 cups suji


  • 1 nos beetroot


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos eno lemon packet


  • 1 cups peanut chuttney

Directions

  • Take bowl add auji add one tspn. Oil mix well. Put dahi,salt and grint beetroot.
  • Mix well with whisker add some water and mix. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Take greese idly mould and some water in bowl. Add eno in the batter and put in mould.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Healthy and yimmy idly is ready to eat with peanut chuttney.
