Ingredients

  • black rice soaked 8 hours 1 cups

  • milk 6 cups

  • Jaggery 1/2 cups

  • finely chopped dry fruits 2 tsp

  • fresh orange juices 2 cups

  • gelatin powder 1 tsp

  • sugar 2 tsp

  • whipped cream 1 cups

Directions

    Boiled the milk in a pan for 3mins.

    Add the black rice and 1 cup of water, covered with a lid under medium heat for 30 mins

  • 03

    Stirring occasionally untill the mixture getting thick and rice is well cooked.

    Finally add juggery and dry fruits and mixed it well.

  • 05

    Meanwhile the rice is cooking we will make the orange jelly ready.

    Heat the orange juice under medium flame for 3 mins .

    Add 1tsp gelatin powder , 2tsp sugar and 1 drop of orange fruit colour and mixed it well.

    Continue heating the mixture till the consistency become thick . Then cool it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
