Ingredients

Serves 1

  • For cover- All purpose flour (Maida) 1 cups

  • Ghee 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Orange Food Colour 4 drop

  • Green Food Colour 4 drop

  • Yellow Food Colour 4 drop

  • Water-as required 1/4 cups

  • For filling-desiccated coconut 2 tbsp

  • Finely Chopped Roasted Cashew 2 tbsp

  • Finely chopped ,roasted almonds 2 tbsp

  • Chopped Roasted Pista 2 tbsp

  • Roasted Akrod 2 tbsp

  • Raisins 2 tbsp

  • Tutti Frutti 2 tbsp

  • Grated Dates 1/2 cups

  • Roasted Fine Suji 2 tbsp

  • Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Jaifal Powder(nutmeg) 1 pinch

  • Roasted Khaskhas 2 tbsp

  • Honey 2 tbsp

  • For Slurry-Corn flour 2 tsp

  • Ghee at room temp. 2 tsp

    In maida add melted ghee n salt to taste n knead the dough using water

  • 02

    Keep it aside to rest for 10 mins

    Make 3 portions of dough

    In first portion add orange food colour

  • 05

    In second portion add green food colour

    In third portion add yellow food colour

    Again keep dough to rest for 10 mins

    In bowl mix all ingridients of filling

    If mixture is too dry u can add more honey to make it petfect

    For slurry In bowl take 2 tsp ghee which is at room temprature

    Add 2 tsp conflour in ghee n mix it n blend it till we gets smooth n creamy white slurry

    Now roll the dough one by one of all colours very thin in round shape chapati

    Take first chapati apply very thin layer of slurry on it n put 2nd colour chapati on it

    Again apply layer of slurry n put 3 rd chapati on itn again apply slurry

    Make a tight roll of these chapaties

    Cut roll in to small peda size

    Now take one piece n roll it with rolling pin

    Roll it very thin n never turn while rolling the dough

    Like this same way roll other piece also n we will get three colour wheel shape chapati

    Now on one chapati spread filling mixture n cover it with other chapati

    Apply water on edges of chapati n press it carefully or u can do prill like desing on edges

    Deep fry this sanjori in desi ghee on low flame till it becomes crisp

    We can bake it also at 180 degree for 25 mins
