Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 inch chukku ( dry ginger )


  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds


  • 5 nos arisi thipili ( long pepper )


  • 4 nos kandan-thipili ( long pepper root )


  • 7 nos pepper


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds ( jeera )


  • 200 ml water


  • 350 ml milk


  • 3 tbsp panai vellam ( palm jaggery )

Directions

  • Preparation :Bring in dhaniya , pepper and jeera .Jus crush them to open .Now to a vessel add chukku , dhaniya , pepper, jeera , arisi Thipili , kandan-thipili .Add water and let it boil .Add palm jaggery while it boils.Let the water reduce to 50 ml.Now remove from flame and add hot milk.Serve hot.
