Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Chukku ( Dry Ginger ) 1 inch

  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp

  • Arisi Thipili ( long pepper ) 5 nos

  • Kandan-thipili ( long pepper root ) 4 nos

  • Pepper 7 nos

  • Cumin seeds ( jeera ) 1/4 tsp

  • Water 200 ml

  • Milk 350 ml

  • Panai vellam ( palm jaggery ) 3 tbsp

    Preparation :Bring in dhaniya , pepper and jeera .Jus crush them to open .Now to a vessel add chukku , dhaniya , pepper, jeera , arisi Thipili , kandan-thipili .Add water and let it boil .Add palm jaggery while it boils.Let the water reduce to 50 ml.Now remove from flame and add hot milk.Serve hot.
