Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Jaggery/Gud 1 cups

  • Chopped Almonds 1 tbsp

  • Chopped Cashew nuts 1 tbsp

  • Choppped walnuts 1 tbsp

  • Poppy seeds 2 tsp

  • Cloves 2 nos

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tsp

  • Water 3 cups

  • Chopped Pistachios 1 tbsp

Directions

    Mix well water and chopped jaggery and later strain it (to remove any impurities)

    Heat some ghee in a heavy bottom pan , and add cloves amd turmeric powder . Sauté for some time and add all chopped dry fruits and poppy seeds too

    Sauté till strong aroma strats coming

  • 04

    Add jaggery water to it and allow it to boil

  • 05

    Simmmer the heat and let it boil for some more time and its ready to serve

  • 06

    Harira is rich source of essential oils, vitamins and minerals, good for all, specially given to new moms , elderly persons and keeps body warm in winter season
