First of all, take oatmeal in grinder and prepare It's power
Now in a mixing bowl take oatmeal powder , jowar flour and salt to taste
Mix well and prepare a soft dough using warm water and keep covered for some time
Take a big ball size dough and knead it again
Dust it with some dry flour and roll out bhakari as big as possible
Heat a pan and cook bhakari from both sides
Later dry roast bhakari directly on flame
Apply some oil amd its ready to serve
