  • Oatmeal 1 cups

  • Jowar flour 1 cups

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Warm water approximately 1 cups

    First of all, take oatmeal in grinder and prepare It's power

    Now in a mixing bowl take oatmeal powder , jowar flour and salt to taste

    Mix well and prepare a soft dough using warm water and keep covered for some time

    Take a big ball size dough and knead it again

  • 05

    Dust it with some dry flour and roll out bhakari as big as possible

    Heat a pan and cook bhakari from both sides

    Later dry roast bhakari directly on flame

    Apply some oil amd its ready to serve

    Bhakari is a very healthy gluten free option for roti , chapati or paratha . Its rich in natural fibres.. hence help feel fuller for longer .
