Add ghee in pan n roast ragi aata in ghee till nice aroma comes
At the same time boil 1/2 cup jaggery n 2 cups water in other pan
Boil water till all jaggery gets melt
Pour this jaggery water in roasted ragi aata n mix it well
Put lid on pan n cook for few mins
Add elaichi powder in ragi aata halwa
In other pan take 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut n 1/2 cup grated jaggery n put it to heat
Heat it just till all jaggery gets melt n switch off gas
Add elaichi powder, jaifal powder n chopped mix dry fruits n mix it well
Our stuffing is ready
Greece modak mould n stuff ragi halwa in it n make well in middle
Stuff coconut n dry fruit mix in ragi halwa well n cover it properly n make modak
Our healthy n tasty dry fruits stuff ragi modak is ready to eat
