Ingredients

  • 250 gms rice flour


  • 250 gms jaggery(make it syrup)


  • 200 ml water for jaggery syrup


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • put the rice flour and jaggery syrup with all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix till combined,it will become a thick batter.
  • After 20 to 30 minutes, pour into cupcake mould and steamed in a idly steamer for 15 to 20 minuits
