Ingredients

  • Rice Flour 250 gms

  • Jaggery(make it syrup) 250 gms

  • water for jaggery syrup 200 ml

  • cardamom powder 1 pinch

  • vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    put the rice flour and jaggery syrup with all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix till combined,it will become a thick batter.

  • 02

    After 20 to 30 minutes, pour into cupcake mould and steamed in a idly steamer for 15 to 20 minuits
