Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Wheat flour 4 cups

  • Powder sugar 3 cups

  • Clarified butter 2 1/2 cups

  • Desicated coconut 200 gms

  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp

  • Chopped almonds 20 nos

  • Chopped cashewnut 20 nos

  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Gond 150 gms

Directions

    Sieve the wheat flour.

  • 02

    Heat clarified butter in a wok add wheat flour and roast it on slow flam till it fragrant and brown in colour.

    Now add gond powder and roast for 5minuts.

  • 04

    Now add desicated coconut,Poppy seeds, chopped almonds, chopped cashewnut,Cardamom powder and mix well.

    Now switch off the flam and let it cool.

  • 06

    Now add powder sugar and make ladoo's.. enjoy
