Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 4 cups wheat flour


  • 3 cups powder sugar


  • 2 1/2 cups clarified butter


  • 200 gms desicated coconut


  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


  • 20 nos chopped almonds


  • 20 nos chopped cashewnut


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 150 gms gond

Directions

  • Sieve the wheat flour.
  • Heat clarified butter in a wok add wheat flour and roast it on slow flam till it fragrant and brown in colour.
  • Now add gond powder and roast for 5minuts.
  • Now add desicated coconut,Poppy seeds, chopped almonds, chopped cashewnut,Cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Now switch off the flam and let it cool.
  • Now add powder sugar and make ladoo's.. enjoy
