Ingredients

  • Oats powder. 1 bowls

  • wheat flour 1/2 bowls

  • salt 01 tsp

  • mixed vegetable subzi 1 bowls

  • slices of cheese or grated cheese 4 nos

  • pizza sauce 2 tbsp

  • hung curd or mayo sauce 2 tbsp

  • oregano 1 tbsp

    Take a big bowl.

    Put oats powder and wheat flour in it.

    Add salt in it.

    Now knead it and make a dough.

    Now take a flat pan.

    Put it on the flame.

    Make 2 Rotis.

    Rotis should be little bit thick.

    Now on 1 roti spread hung curd.

    Now spread subzi on curd.

    Sprinkle some oregano on the subzi.

    Then grate the cheese or put cheese slices on it.

    Now spread pizza sauce on the other roti.

    Cover the first one with this roti.

    Now heat the pan.

    Brush it with oil.

    Put the oats pizza roti on it.

    Brush it with oil on both side of roti.

    Flip it slowly.

    When it gets brown and crispy.

    Plate it.

    Cut into pizza slices.

    Serve it hot with ketchup or chutney.
