Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups washed moong dal


  • 1 cups masala oats


  • 1 nos fine chopped onion


  • 1 nos gratted carrot


  • 1 nos gratted beetroot


  • 4 nos fine chopped chillies


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 nos maggie masala-e-magic pack


  • 3 tbsp white seaseme seeds


  • 1 tbsp refind oil


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Roughly grind the daal and masala oats together.
  • Now transfer it to a bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Then give it your desired shape and coat it with seaseme seeds and shallow fry it on a non stick pan.
  • Your healthy oats- moong daal kebaabs are now ready enjoy it with your favorite chutney or sauce
