Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls grinded oats


  • 2 nos potatoes


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 bowls chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 1 nos onion cut into rings


  • 1 nos tomato cut into sliced


  • 4 nos lettuce leaves


  • 1 tbsp hung curd


  • 1/2 tbsp pizza sauce


  • 1 tbsp oregano

Directions

  • Mash boiled potatoes.
  • Roast the oats and then grind them.
  • Put the grinded oats in the mash potatoes.
  • Add salt, green chilli,coriander leaves, black pepper, red chilli powder, chaat masala in it.
  • Mix them very well.
  • Now make tikkis or patties of it.
  • After making all the patties.
  • Take a flat pan.
  • Brush it with oil.
  • Put the tikkis on it
  • Brush oil on both the sides of tikki.
  • Flip it.
  • When it gets brown and crispy.
  • Let it down.
  • Now take the bun.
  • Cut it from the middle.
  • Roast it on pan first.
  • Now on one side of bun spread hung curd.
  • After that put lettuce leaves.
  • Then put slice of onion.
  • After onion put tikki.
  • After tikki put tomato slice.
  • After that spread pizza sauce on the other bun.
  • After spreading cover the tikki from this bun.
  • Now serve it hot with ketchup and chutney.
