Take ghee in a wide pan and warm it.
Add the grated carrots and milk
Cook on medium flame until milk nearly evaporated
Add the cardamom powder, sugar, nutmeg, clove powder and saffron
Cook on slow flame till halwa starts to leave sides of pan and ghee starts oozing.
Combine the chopped nuts into the halwa and put off flame
Serve warm with some more garnish of dried fruits
