1/2 nos papaya, cut into cubes.
1 nos tomato, chopped
1 nos onion, chopped.
1 nos green chilly, finely chopped.
1/2 inch ginger, finely chopped.
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
1/2 tsp black pepper.
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
1 sprig curry leaves.
1 tsp salt.
Directions
Mix apple cider vinegar, olive oil, ginger, honey, cinnamon, pepper, and salt in a desert bowl for dressing.
In a big salad bowl add cut papaya, onion, tomato, and green chilly. Pour the dressing over the mix.
Refrigerate it.
Garnish with curry leaves or your favorite greens before serving.
