Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups flattened rice


  • 1 cups curd


  • 2 tbsp grated jaggery/ honey


  • 1-2 nos sliced banana


  • 1/2 nos apple cut into small pieces


  • 6-7 nos chopped almonds


  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • 2 nos basil leaves (optional)

Directions

  • Soak the flattened rice in water. Once it becomes soft enough, drain excess water and keep it aside.
  • Mix curd and grated jaggery together. Now beat well until it becomes a smooth creamy texture.
  • Add banana slices, apples chunks, chopped almonds, raisins and holy basil leaves.
  • Mix well and serve.
