Ingredients

flattened Rice 1 cups
curd 1 cups
grated jaggery/ Honey 2 tbsp
sliced banana 1-2 nos
apple cut into small pieces 1/2 nos
chopped almonds 6-7 nos
raisins 1 tbsp
basil leaves (optional) 2 nos
Directions
Soak the flattened rice in water. Once it becomes soft enough, drain excess water and keep it aside.
Mix curd and grated jaggery together. Now beat well until it becomes a smooth creamy texture.
Add banana slices, apples chunks, chopped almonds, raisins and holy basil leaves.
Mix well and serve.
