1 cups flattened rice
1 cups curd
2 tbsp grated jaggery/ honey
1-2 nos sliced banana
1/2 nos apple cut into small pieces
6-7 nos chopped almonds
1 tbsp raisins
2 nos basil leaves (optional)
Directions
Soak the flattened rice in water. Once it becomes soft enough, drain excess water and keep it aside.
Mix curd and grated jaggery together. Now beat well until it becomes a smooth creamy texture.
Add banana slices, apples chunks, chopped almonds, raisins and holy basil leaves.
Mix well and serve.
