Ingredients

Serves 2

  • flattened Rice 1 cups

  • curd 1 cups

  • grated jaggery/ Honey 2 tbsp

  • sliced banana 1-2 nos

  • apple cut into small pieces 1/2 nos

  • chopped almonds 6-7 nos

  • raisins 1 tbsp

  • basil leaves (optional) 2 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Soak the flattened rice in water. Once it becomes soft enough, drain excess water and keep it aside.

    Mix curd and grated jaggery together. Now beat well until it becomes a smooth creamy texture.

    Add banana slices, apples chunks, chopped almonds, raisins and holy basil leaves.

    Mix well and serve.
