Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 7-8 nos white bread slices


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp chopped green coriander


  • 1 nos chopped green chilli


  • 1 nos boiled potato


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped tomato


  • 2 tbsp green chutney


  • 2 tsp imli/tamarind chutney


  • 1 tbsp nylon sev


  • 1/2 bowls boiled kabuli chane/chickpeas


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp cumin/jeera powder

Directions

  • Roll the bread slices using rolling pin and cut in to round shape with the help of cutter/small bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan/Kadai. Deep fry all bread slices till it turns golden brown.
  • Place fried bread in a plate. Pour curd/dahi on it.
  • Add tomato, onion and potato on it. Add boiled chickpeas also.
  • Sprinkle salt, blackpepper powder, red chilli powder, jeera/cumin powder, chaat masala on it as per your taste.
  • Put green chilli, green chutney and imli /tamarind chutney on the top. Your Bread ki Chatpati Chaat is ready to be served. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
