Roll the bread slices using rolling pin and cut in to round shape with the help of cutter/small bowl.
Heat oil in a pan/Kadai. Deep fry all bread slices till it turns golden brown.
Place fried bread in a plate. Pour curd/dahi on it.
Add tomato, onion and potato on it. Add boiled chickpeas also.
Sprinkle salt, blackpepper powder, red chilli powder, jeera/cumin powder, chaat masala on it as per your taste.
Put green chilli, green chutney and imli /tamarind chutney on the top. Your Bread ki Chatpati Chaat is ready to be served. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
