Ingredients

  • 1 cups roasted bengal gram powder


  • 10 nos raisins


  • 10 nos dates de-seeded


  • 10 nos cashewnuts


  • 6 nos almonds


  • 2 tsp roasted rava


  • 1 tbsp poha or flattened rice.


  • 2 tbsp honey


  • 1 tsp ghee.

Directions

  • Roast rava and poha.
  • Now add the roasted rava and poha in a blender and powder it.
  • Now add the dates, cashewnuts, raisins, almonds to a grinder and make a coarse powder.
  • Now add the powdered rava, poha, roasted bengal gram powder, and the dry fruits mixture to a bowl.
  • Now add honey and ghee to the above mixture.
  • Make thick round balls with greased palms.
  • Roasted bengal gram dates and nuts energy balls are ready and can be stored in air-tight jars.
