Roast rava and poha.
Now add the roasted rava and poha in a blender and powder it.
Now add the dates, cashewnuts, raisins, almonds to a grinder and make a coarse powder.
Now add the powdered rava, poha, roasted bengal gram powder, and the dry fruits mixture to a bowl.
Now add honey and ghee to the above mixture.
Make thick round balls with greased palms.
Roasted bengal gram dates and nuts energy balls are ready and can be stored in air-tight jars.
