Hung curd 2 cups
Oranage ,peel and cut into small pieces 1 nos
Powder sugar 2 tbsp
Saffron 1 pinch dissolve in 2teaspoon milk. 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Crushed pistachios 1/2 tbsp
Chopped almonds 4-5 nos
In a mixing bowl add hung curd,Powder sugar,Cardamom powder and whisk them till smooth and little fluffy.
Now add dissolve saffron, Orange pieces and crushed pistachios and mix well.
Now keep in fridge for one hour.
Now garnish with chopped almonds. Serve chilled.
