Ingredients

  • Kulchas 6 nos

  • Cottage cheese mashed 200 gms

  • tomato 1 nos

  • capsicum 1 nos

  • Mango pickle masala 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Thick yogurt 2 tbsp

  • Jeera powder 1 tsp

  • green chillies 2 nos

Directions

    Fry the mashed cottage cheese until golden brown, combine pickle, yogurt, jeera powder, green chillies, salt to make a marinate and add cottage cheese to it and refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.

    Heat oil. Add tomato, onion and add marinated cottage cheese and cook the mixture for 3 minutes, until it appears fully dry.

    Take a kulcha, cut into 4 pieces, apply green chutney on one half of the kulcha and another kulcha apply tomato ketchup and place the paneer mixture on green chutney kulcha and cover from another kulcha.

    Now shallow fry the stuffed Kulchas.

    Paneer achari kulchas are ready to be served hot.
