Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 6 nos kulchas


  • 200 gms cottage cheese mashed


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 nos capsicum


  • 1 tbsp mango pickle masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp thick yogurt


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 2 nos green chillies

Directions

  • Fry the mashed cottage cheese until golden brown, combine pickle, yogurt, jeera powder, green chillies, salt to make a marinate and add cottage cheese to it and refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil. Add tomato, onion and add marinated cottage cheese and cook the mixture for 3 minutes, until it appears fully dry.
  • Take a kulcha, cut into 4 pieces, apply green chutney on one half of the kulcha and another kulcha apply tomato ketchup and place the paneer mixture on green chutney kulcha and cover from another kulcha.
  • Now shallow fry the stuffed Kulchas.
  • Paneer achari kulchas are ready to be served hot.
