    Preparation :Boil water and add sugar.....wait for 1 string consistency.....One's you get the perfect consistency..... Slow down flameNow add cashew powder..... Stir well......You should get dropping consistency of the mix....Now transfer to a greased plate.....and wait to cool...The make diognal cut ....for diamond cuts...Remove when its cool and serveCashew powder:Grind cashew in food processor.... Not much..it will become oily....so jus pulse for powder..
