Ingredients

Serves 10

  • chopped dates 1 cups

  • raisins 4 tbsp

  • almonds 4 tbsp

  • cashews 4 tbsp

  • poppy seeds 4 tsp

  • dry figs chopped 8-9 nos

  • green cardamom 2 nos

Directions

    Firstly roast the almonds and cashews separately in a pan till they get slightly browned.

  • 02

    In a grinder add chopped dates, figs, raisins, cardamom.

  • 03

    Add the roasted almonds and cashews.

  • 04

    Grind to a roughly coarse mixture and take out the mixture in a bowl.

  • 05

    Make walnut size balls with greased palms and the dry fruit ladoos are ready.

  • 06

    Serve the immediately or store in an airtight container.
