Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cups chopped dates


  • 4 tbsp raisins


  • 4 tbsp almonds


  • 4 tbsp cashews


  • 4 tsp poppy seeds


  • 8-9 nos dry figs chopped


  • 2 nos green cardamom

Directions

  • Firstly roast the almonds and cashews separately in a pan till they get slightly browned.
  • In a grinder add chopped dates, figs, raisins, cardamom.
  • Add the roasted almonds and cashews.
  • Grind to a roughly coarse mixture and take out the mixture in a bowl.
  • Make walnut size balls with greased palms and the dry fruit ladoos are ready.
  • Serve the immediately or store in an airtight container.
