cauliflower cut n put it in boiling water for 5 mins strain n keep aside 150 gms
brinjal 2-3 nos
boiled potatoes 2 nos
mutter 3/4 cups
corn 3/4 cups
capsicum 3 nos
carrots. 2 nos
green chillues garlic n ginger paste 2 tbsp
red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
amchur powder 1 1/2 tsp
dhania powder 1 1/2 tbsp
chaat masala 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste 1 tbsp
lime juice 1 tbsp
Coriander for garniahing 2 tbsp
Cut all vegetablez in equal ( not very big not very small)
Heat oil in a non stick pan .n saute gg paste.
Add all the veges except potatoes.. add salt n let it cook on low flame..
Keep stirring in between.
Check when the veges are about to cook add potatoes n mix well.
Cook for sumtime .
Till now all veges are cooked well.
Now add all the dry spices n mix well put coriander.
While serving spring lime juice n serve hot with chappaties.
