Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 150 gms cauliflower cut n put it in boiling water for 5 mins strain n keep aside


  • 2-3 nos brinjal


  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 3/4 cups mutter


  • 3/4 cups corn


  • 3 nos capsicum


  • 2 nos carrots.


  • 2 tbsp green chillues garlic n ginger paste


  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 1/2 tbsp dhania powder


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1 tbsp salt as per taste


  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • 2 tbsp coriander for garniahing

Directions

  • Cut all vegetablez in equal ( not very big not very small)
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan .n saute gg paste.
  • Add all the veges except potatoes.. add salt n let it cook on low flame..
  • Keep stirring in between.
  • Check when the veges are about to cook add potatoes n mix well.
  • Cook for sumtime .
  • Till now all veges are cooked well.
  • Now add all the dry spices n mix well put coriander.
  • While serving spring lime juice n serve hot with chappaties.
