Badam 1 cups
Dates ( de-seeded ) 1 cups
Cashew 1 cups
Walnut 1 cups
Honey 1/2 cups
Peanut butter ( heaped ) 2 tbsp
Oats 1 cups
Directions
Badam,Cashew,Walnut To Be Made Coarse Powder In Food Processor Then Transfer To A Large Bowl
Then Add Oats And Finely Chopped Dates To This And Mix Well
Mix Such That Dates Gets Mashed Well.
Now Add Peanut Butter And Honey Now Mix Well Altogether
Wash Your Hands And Wipe Of Well,Then Grease Hands With Ghee And Take Approximately A Small Lemon Size Ball And Make Laddoo Of It.Roll Well In Hands
The Above Measurement's Will Yield Around 10 Laddu's ,It Stays Good For Around 5 Days
Note : I Used Ripe Seeded Dates .I De-Seed Them ,Ripe Dates Are Sticky So They Will Get Mashed By Hands. Peanut Butter - Honey Roast Crunchy Gives Better Taste
