Ingredients

Serves : 9
  • 1/2 cups multigrain atta ( the dal,chana dal, moong dal , oats, 2 tbsp each with 2 nos red chillies and 10- 12 curry leaves. fry roast and grind them to powder)


  • 1/2 cups wheat atta


  • 1/2 cups soya atta


  • 100 gms butter


  • 1/3 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1 tbsp cheese spread

Directions

  • Mix all atta , cumin powder, baking and salt. Keep aside
  • Best butter and sugar .
  • Add atta with butter sugar mixture.
  • Add milk little by little and make a medium soft dough.
  • Cover it with cling film and rest for 30 minutes.
  • Roll the dough to medium thin sheet and cut it with cookie cutter.
  • Transfer to baking tray and make tiny hole by toothpick on top of the each crackers.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes at 180 degree.
  • Cool them and spread little cheese spread between two crackers. Ready to serve
