Ingredients

  • Carrot ( finely grated ) 5 nos

  • Strawberry ( finely grated ) 8 nos

  • Sugar 1 1/2 cups

  • Almond powder ( fresh ) 1/2 cups

  • Ghee 5 tbsp

  • Cardamon powder 1 pinch

Directions

    Grate Carrot In Fine Grater. Similarly The Strawberry .

    Add These To Pan , Add Sugar And Cardamon Powder.

    Now Keep Stirring And Let The Sugar Melt.

    Once The Sugar Melts , The Dissolved Sugar Can Be Added While The Almond Are Grinded To Make Smooth Paste.

    Now Grind The Almonds , Add The Dissolved Sugar Syrup. Now Keep Stirring In Low Flame.

    The Mixture Will Leave The Walls Of The Pan.

    Now Transfer To Another Vessel And Let It Cool.

    When It's Temperature Is Friendly To Handle , Make Truffle And Roll Them On Sugar Powder.

    Assemble Them In Cup Cake Liners And Decorate With Grated Almond.
