Basmoti rice 1 cups
beet roots into small pieces 1/2 cups
ghee 1 tbsp
suger 1/2 tbsp
carrot cut into small pieces 3/4 tbsp
bay leaves 2/3 tbsp
Raisin 2 tbsp
Cardamom 2/3 tbsp
garom masala 1 tbsp
Firstly soaked rice 2 hour.
Take a cooker add ghee,nay leaves and raisin stir it.
Now add beet roots, carrot little bit stir it.
Then add rice .
Add water 1 and 1/2 cup suger and salt
Now cover it,wait fir 2whistle .
Remove it,open it.
Niw its time to serve hot, thank you.
