Ingredients

  • Basmoti rice 1 cups

  • beet roots into small pieces 1/2 cups

  • ghee 1 tbsp

  • suger 1/2 tbsp

  • carrot cut into small pieces 3/4 tbsp

  • bay leaves 2/3 tbsp

  • Raisin 2 tbsp

  • Cardamom 2/3 tbsp

  • garom masala 1 tbsp

Directions

    Firstly soaked rice 2 hour.

  • 02

    Take a cooker add ghee,nay leaves and raisin stir it.

  • 03

    Now add beet roots, carrot little bit stir it.

  • 04

    Then add rice .

  • 05

    Add water 1 and 1/2 cup suger and salt

  • 06

    Now cover it,wait fir 2whistle .

    Remove it,open it.

  • 08

    Niw its time to serve hot, thank you.
