Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups basmoti rice


  • 1/2 cups beet roots into small pieces


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 tbsp suger


  • 3/4 tbsp carrot cut into small pieces


  • 2/3 tbsp bay leaves


  • 2 tbsp raisin


  • 2/3 tbsp cardamom


  • 1 tbsp garom masala

Directions

  • Firstly soaked rice 2 hour.
  • Take a cooker add ghee,nay leaves and raisin stir it.
  • Now add beet roots, carrot little bit stir it.
  • Then add rice .
  • Add water 1 and 1/2 cup suger and salt
  • Now cover it,wait fir 2whistle .
  • Remove it,open it.
  • Niw its time to serve hot, thank you.
