Keep strawberries out of freeze
grind them in grinder
Sieve the puree with seive
Heat this puree on simmer
Add water
Add honey
Add lemon juice
Boil it on simmer for few min
Add tsp of agar pwd and whisk
Add all tsps one by one
switch off the gas
Transfer in silicone moulds and freeze
Freeze for 6 hours and ready to serve.
