Mix all the flours in a bowl with salt and red chilli powder, cumin seeds.
Now divided into three equal parts.
Add 20 GM butter in each portion and blend well with finger tips.
In a first portion add turmeric powder, water and knead to a dough.
In second portion add spinach puree and knead to a dough.
In a third portion add beetroot puree and knead to a dough.
Grease a murukku mould with star disc attachment.
Now make cylindrical rolls of every portion.
Fill one by one every portion in murukku mould.
Now make the murukku and keep them on a greased sheet.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry them on medium heat turning the side until crisp.
Remove them on an absorbent paper.
Allow them to cool before putting them in an airtight container.
Enjoy them with tea or coffee.
