Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bowls daliya


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 bowls tomato puree


  • 1/2 bowls chopped corriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp jeera


  • 1 tsp hing


  • 1/2 bowls peas


  • 1 bowls chopped cabbage


  • 1 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Take a pressure cooker.
  • Put ghee in it.
  • When it gets heated put hing and jeera.
  • After that put onionand start sauting.
  • After onion put cabbage , carrot, peas in it
  • Add salt, red chilli powder and oregano.
  • Oregano is for yummy taste.
  • Now add paste.
  • Mix it.
  • Add 2 bowl of water in it.
  • Now put daliya.
  • Mix all.
  • Pressure cook it.
  • After 1 whistle simmer the flame for 5 mins.
  • After 5 mins give 2 whistles..
  • Now off the flame.
  • Garnish it with corriander leaves.seve hot with chutney or can be eaten without it also.
