Roast plain oats till crisp keep aside.
Add melon seeds and roast till splitter.
Now add soyabean and roast it well.
Roast 1 cup almonds.

Grind all ingredients well.
Make a smooth powder.
Take powder in a plate.
Add milk powder.
Mix well.
