  • 1 cups roasted peanuts


  • 1 cups almonds


  • 1 cups soya bean


  • 1 cups plain oats


  • 1 cups melon seeds


  • 1 cups milk powder

Directions

  • Roast plain oats till crisp keep aside.
  • Add melon seeds and roast till splitter.
  • Now add soyabean and roast it well.
  • Roast 1 cup almonds.
  • Take all roasted ingredients in a bowl.
  • Let them cool down completly.
  • In a mixture jar add all roasted ingredients.
  • Grind all ingredients well.
  • Make a smooth powder.
  • Take powder in a plate.
  • Add milk powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Protein Powder is ready.
