  • Butter 1 tbsp

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Onion –of small or 1/3 cup roughly chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic Cloves,chopped 2 nos

  • Tomatoes medium or roughly chopped 300 gms

  • Water –For soup: 1/2 cups

  • Butter 1-2 tsp

  • All purpose flour (Maida) 1/2 tsp

  • Chilled/Cold Milk 1/4 cups

  • Salt – to taste 2 tsp

  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • Heavy cream 1/2 tbsp
