Ingredients

  • Pearl millets 2 cups

  • Moong chilka pulse 1/2 cups

  • Rice 1/2 cups

  • Salt per taste 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Asoefodia 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Wash and soak millets for 20 miutes

  • 02

    Wash and soak pulse and rice together

  • 03

    Grinded coarsely the millets and remove its peels

  • 04

    Now pressure cook millets, rice and pulse together adding salt and 3 glasses of water

  • 05

    Cook for 15 minutes at slow flame

  • 06

    Now turn off the flame

  • 07

    Make tadka of ghee wiyh cumin seeds and asoefodia

  • 08

    Add this tadka in khichdi
