Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups pearl millets


  • 1/2 cups moong chilka pulse


  • 1/2 cups rice


  • 1 tsp salt per taste


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1/4 tsp asoefodia

Directions

  • Wash and soak millets for 20 miutes
  • Wash and soak pulse and rice together
  • Grinded coarsely the millets and remove its peels
  • Now pressure cook millets, rice and pulse together adding salt and 3 glasses of water
  • Cook for 15 minutes at slow flame
  • Now turn off the flame
  • Make tadka of ghee wiyh cumin seeds and asoefodia
  • Add this tadka in khichdi
