Salt -1/4tsp
Oil-1tsp
Chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp

Aloo gobi matar sabji-1 bowl
Pasta sauce- 2 tbs
Red chilli sauce-2 tsp
Carrot julians-2 tbs
Mayonnaise- 1 tbs
Cabbage julians- 2 tbs
Capsicum julians - 2 tbs
Directions
(1)Mix oats powder n ragi powder in equal quantity (2)add oil,salt,chilli powder n cumin powder (3)knead a dough with water (4)make small chapaties of this dough (5)roast this chapati on pan just for few seconds from both sides (6)half cook means dont roast till brown just light shade we want (7)hang this chapati on ovens cooling stand n bake it for 25 mins at 180 degree (8)our tacos is ready (9)To prepare aloo gobi sabji.In pan add 2tsp oil (10)add cumin,ginger garlic paste n saute (11)add turmeric,chilli powder,dhania powder n garam masala (12)add cauliflower,potato n matar n mix well (13)add salt to taste n cook till it becomes soft (14)our sabji is ready (15)For aasembling take tacos n stuff sabji in it (16)over it spread pasta n chilli sauce (17)top with carrots julians (18)add mayonnaise n top up with julians of cabbage,capsicum n carrots marinated with lemon juice n black pepper (19)on top drizzle mayonnaise n serve with salsa n green chutney n whatever you like
