Ingredients

Serves 4

  • All purpose flour 2 cups

  • Cocco powder 2 tbsp

  • Powder Sugar 1 1/2 cups

  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • Finely chopped Almonds 10 nos

  • Finely chopped Cashew nuts 10 nos

  • Finely chopped walnuts 10-12 nos

  • Raisins 10-15 nos

  • Oil 1 cups

  • Milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Beaten eggs 2 nos

  • Chocolate syrup 1-2 tbsp

Directions

    Sift all purpose flour ,powder sugar, cocco powder, baking powder and baking soda 2 to 3 times and keep aside .

    In a mixing bowl , beat well eggs, milk, vanilla essence and oil till froathy and light

  • 03

    By the time Preheat oven on 180 degrees for 10 minutes

    Now gradually mix sifted dry material in wet beaten material , in small portions

  • 05

    Likewise add all sifted dry material into smooth batter , add half of the finely chopped dry fruits also

    Transfer the ready cake batter in to a greased mould

  • 07

    Bake the cake on 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes , check in between

  • 08

    Allow the cake to cool completely and then de mould the cake

  • 09

    Pour some Chocolate syrup on it and sprinkle remaining half of finely chopped dry fruits on top of the cake

  • 10

    Cut the cake amd enjoy endlessly Choco Dry fruits Cake ..
