Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chopped walnuts 6 tbsp

  • fresh breadcrumbs 1.5 cups

  • all purpose flour 1/2 cups

  • baking powder 1 tsp

  • baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • curd 1/2 cups

  • milk 1/2 cups

  • canola oil 1/4 cups

  • powdered sugar 3/4 cups

  • vanilla extract ( optional) 1 tsp

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180. Line muffin cups or tray

  • 02

    Sieve dry ingredients and keep it aside

  • 03

    In a bowl, mix curd, sugar and oil

  • 04

    Add breadcrumbs, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.

    Add dry ingredients with walnuts and fold in gently. Pour batter in muffin tray to 2/3. Bake for 16-20 minutes until done

    Allow to cool, serve warm
