Assemble all ingredients.
Roast mava at low to medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
When mava is little warm add condense milk, cashew powder and prepare a dough of the mixture.
Divide the dough in 3 parts. Add green food colour in the first part, red in the second part and yellow in the third part and mix it well.
Prepare equal sized 3 long strips out of each dough and bind them together.
Prepare small equi sized balls from the strips. Give shapes to the balls and per your preference. (I have made kulfi and ball shaped cashew lollipops)
Attach toothpicks in the cashew balls/kulfi.
Cashew lollipops are ready to be served.
You may use different colours and give different shapes of your choice. Can be served as starter in festive parties.
