  • 1 bowls mawa

  • 1 bowls cashew powder

  • 1/2 bowls condensed milk

  • 1/8 tsp food colour green

  • 1/8 tsp food colour red

  • 1/8 tsp food colour yellow


  • Assemble all ingredients.
  • Roast mava at low to medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • When mava is little warm add condense milk, cashew powder and prepare a dough of the mixture.
  • Divide the dough in 3 parts. Add green food colour in the first part, red in the second part and yellow in the third part and mix it well.
  • Prepare equal sized 3 long strips out of each dough and bind them together.
  • Prepare small equi sized balls from the strips. Give shapes to the balls and per your preference. (I have made kulfi and ball shaped cashew lollipops)
  • Attach toothpicks in the cashew balls/kulfi.
  • Cashew lollipops are ready to be served.
  • You may use different colours and give different shapes of your choice. Can be served as starter in festive parties.
