Wash spinach,green garlic leaves
Now in a bowl boil all veggies on medium flame for 2 minutes.
Strain and in a grinder make a fine puree
In a saucepan melt the butter and add chopped garlic.
Saute it for 1 minute.
Add green puree and black pepper. Simmer it for 5 minutes on low flame.
Now add salt and sugar. Cook it for another 2 minutes.
In last add cream , honey and mix it.
Serve hot healthy creamy soup with croutons.
