Ingredients

  • Maida 250 gms

  • Wheat Flour 3/4 cups

  • Suji 2 tbsp

  • Oil 1/2 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Saunf rings for filling 3 tbsp

  • Jeera 1 tbsp

  • Ajjwain 1 tbsp

  • Dhania Powder 2 tbsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp

  • Amchur powder 1 tbsp

  • Coriander ,finely chopped 1/4 cups

  • Nylon Sev 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Mix the abovr 5 ings and make a dough.

    Let it rest for 10_15 mins.

    Till then prepare the filling

    Dry roast seperately saunf jeera ajjwain n dhania pow n den grind it

    now mix all the above ings..

  • 06

    Make small balls from the dough n roll it like chappati

    tap some water all over it n spread the mixture

    again sorinkle sum water over the mixture n roll it ...

    cut n deep fry on medium flame..

  • 10

    Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
