Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Milk 1 1/2 litre

  • Cornflour 2 tbsp

  • Drinking Chocolate 2 tbsp

  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp

  • Milk Powder 6 tbsp

  • sugar 10 tbsp

  • Gems 2 tbsp

  • Stabilizer 1/4 tsp

  • Chocolate Essence 1 tsp

  • White n dark Chocochips 1/4 cups

Directions

    Keep 1 ltr milk 4 boiling

    On low flame ...ina glass take 1 cup milk add cornflour milk powder n cocoa powder stablizer n GMS n mix well..

    Wen ur milk starts boiling add sugar..

    Den strain n add the powdered milk to the boiling milk n keep stirring so that der r no lumps...

    Boil for 2_3 mins off the flame ..

    Let it cool at room temp but keep stirring so dat u dont gt cream on it

    Once cooled freeze it for 4_ 5 hours

    Now remove n cut into pieces n blend it with s beater till urmixture is smooth n fluffy add essence n cream n again beat for 2_3 mins..

    Add chocochips n freeze till don

    While serving serve with chocolate sauce..
