squeeze the excess water from the cabbage n carrot and mix it with the grated potatoes then add all the above ings n mix well to form a soft dough
Now make small balls n deep fry on medium flame till golden brown n crispy.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a big pan n saute gg paste .
Now add onion capsicum n green chillies n saute for few mins.
Now add all the sauces vinegar salt blk pepper n simmer the flame n cook.
Now add the corn flour paste.
N cook for few mins.
Add the balls to the sauce.
Cook for 3_4 mins on low flame keep stirring.
Put it in a serving dish n garnish with spring onion. Or coriander.
Serve hot.
