Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups milk powder


  • 1/4 cups icing sugar


  • 1/4 cups warm milk


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 litre milk


  • 100 gms milkmaid


  • 6 tbsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp kesar


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder


  • 1/2 cups crushed almonds(optional) for toppings

Directions

  • mix all the ingredients and blend it for 10 mins ur milkmaid is ready
  • Take one cup cold milk n keep the remaining milk for boiling.
  • Now add sugar kesar n elaichi pow wen it is boiled put it on low flame
  • n boil it for abt 20 mins.
  • Now add cornflour n milk powder in one cup milk n mix it properly
  • see that there r no lumps
  • now add this to the boiling milk and boil for 5mins
  • now add milkmaid n let it boil for sumtym or till u find the consistency have become thick.add
  • keep it for cooling wen it cools down pour it in cups cover it with foil paper freeze it. it will take atleast 4/5 hours for setting...
