Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups cabbage


  • 1/2 cups spring onion


  • 1/4 cups carrot


  • 1/4 cups capsicum


  • 4 nos french beans


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tbsp garlic


  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tbsp sugar


  • 2-3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat a pan oil add the suger let the suger dissolve than add garlic ginger green chilli to saute high flame. Add carrot beans capsicum spring onion cabbage to saute add salt red chill sauce soya souce mix it well.add around 1 glass water to stir cover it and boil for 2 mins .mix corn flour + 1/2 glass water .after 2 mins add corn flour. Mix it well.add the black pepper pwr vinegar mix well.
  • Manchow soup is ready.
  • Serve the hot hot manchow soup.
  • Add some fried noodles .garnish it with some spring onions.
