Marinate the pork ribs in ginger-garlic paste, chilli flakes and salt for a minimum of 30 mins.
Take the marinated ribs in a pressure cooker, add water and pressure cook for 10 mins. (If the water remains, let the water evaporate completely.)
In a pan, roast the pork on a medium flame for another 5 mins while turning sides. Then keep it aside.
In a pan, heat oil and add in the onions, crushed ginger, garlic and saute for a minute.
Then add in the tomato and saute till the tomato is mushy. Next, add in the grounded masala, honey, sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and saute it well for 2 mins.
Now add in the pork ribs, chopped green chillies, cracked black pepper and thinly sliced capsicums. Mix it well and cook for about 5 mins on a medium heat.
Finally add in the chopped coriander, give it a quick stir and take it off the flame.
