Serves 3

  • Pork 500 gms

  • Potato,medium cut into pieces 2 nos

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Dry Cherry Chilly 5 nos

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste,freshly grounded 2 tsp

  • Onion,chopped 1 nos

  • Tomato,chopped 1 nos

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Peppercorns,cracked 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Chilly Powder 2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 2 tsp

  • meat masala 1 tsp

  • Salt or as per taste 1 tsp

  • Water 2 cups

    Take a pressure cooker and add the oil. Add the chillies, bay leaf and saute for a min.

    Add 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste and saute for a min. Add the onion and saute till translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy. Add the masala powder and saute for a min.

    Add the pork, salt and saute for around 5 mins stirring coating the masalas nicely with the pork. Add some water, potatoes and pressure cook for 10 mins. Let the pressure release by itself.

    Open the cooker and adjust the gravy consistency as per your requirement and just before turning off the heat add the remaining 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, give a quick stir and take off the heat.
