Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 tbsp arrowroot powder


  • 1/2 cups jaggery syrup(adjust according to your taste)


  • 1/2 cups coconut grated


  • 2 tbsp almond,chopped


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Add arrowroot powder in to a mixing bowl. Add once cup of water and mix it well without forming any lumps.
  • Transfer the arrowroot batter into a heavy bottom pan and place the pan on medium heat. Still continuously until the mixture thickens slightly and change the colour to transparent.
  • Add jaggery syrup, grated coconut and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add ghee, mix well and cook until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  • Finally add cardamom powder and chopped almonds and mix well.
  • Serve this either hot or chilled.
