Arrowroot powder 3 tbsp
Jaggery Syrup(adjust according to your taste) 1/2 cups
Coconut Grated 1/2 cups
Almond,chopped 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Add arrowroot powder in to a mixing bowl. Add once cup of water and mix it well without forming any lumps.
Transfer the arrowroot batter into a heavy bottom pan and place the pan on medium heat. Still continuously until the mixture thickens slightly and change the colour to transparent.
Add jaggery syrup, grated coconut and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes.
Add ghee, mix well and cook until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Finally add cardamom powder and chopped almonds and mix well.
Serve this either hot or chilled.
