Strawberry Banana Milkshake


Strawberry season it is !! Fruits shops are flooded with boxes of strawberries this winter. So even I bought a box. I made a healthy and filling drink with strawberries and bananas. Topped it with flax seeds and chia seeds, both very nutritious.

Serves : 1
  • 7-8 nos strawberries: chopped

  • 1 nos bananas:chopped

  • 1 cups milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp flax seeds

  • 1 tsp chia seeds


  • Blend together strawberries, banana, honey and milk. See to it no chunks are left.
  • Pour it in a serving glass.
  • Top it with chia seeds and flax seeds.
  • Serve Chilled.
