Strawberry season it is !! Fruits shops are flooded with boxes of strawberries this winter. So even I bought a box.
I made a healthy and filling drink with strawberries and bananas. Topped it with flax seeds and chia seeds, both very nutritious.

Ingredients

7-8 nos strawberries: chopped
1 nos bananas:chopped
1 cups milk
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
Directions
Blend together strawberries, banana, honey and milk. See to it no chunks are left.
