Dry fruit loaf cake

It's a very healthy and kids favourite cake.

Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups semolina


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tbsp baking powder


  • 1 cups sugar,powdered


  • 1 cups malai


  • 220 ml milk


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/2 cups chopped almonds and cashews


  • 1/8 cups tutti frutti

Directions

  • Firstly sieve wheat flour, semolina, baking soda, baking powder.
  • In a bowl add sugar powder, malai, milk, vanilla essence mix well.
  • Now add sieve ingredients and mix cut and fold method.
  • Now grease the mould with butter.
  • Pour the batter in mould.
  • Now baked in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes sprinkle some tutti frutti and dry fruits .
  • Again bake for 10 minutes.
  • Again sprinkle left over tutti frutti and dry fruits.
  • Now again bake it for 10 minutes.
  • Check it with toothpick inserted in center of the cake.
  • Let it cool for 15 minutes.
  • Demould the cake and serve it.
