Firstly sieve wheat flour, semolina, baking soda, baking powder.
In a bowl add sugar powder, malai, milk, vanilla essence mix well.
Now add sieve ingredients and mix cut and fold method.
Now grease the mould with butter.
Pour the batter in mould.
Now baked in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes sprinkle some tutti frutti and dry fruits .
Again bake for 10 minutes.
Again sprinkle left over tutti frutti and dry fruits.
Now again bake it for 10 minutes.
Check it with toothpick inserted in center of the cake.
Let it cool for 15 minutes.
Demould the cake and serve it.
